Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has turned the delivery centre into a place where customers can make a great experience of picking up their car. It includes a museum, gift shop, a range of different cafés and restaurants. If you’re buying a camping vehicle, you can even spend the night to test out the vehicle before you drive off the next morning.
Packed with features
This project focused on marketing space and encouraging people to come and pick their cars up in person rather than being delivered. It’s hosted within the Volkswagen commercial vehicles website. This requires that it sits with in the branding and also the functionality of Volkswagen’s Web Presence
Insite Highlights
The project includes a high number of advanced features. The use of avatar hosts has been refined to a high degree. There are also numerous embedded TV screens which feature either still or video content. Animations are also important, especially for the revelation of the new vehicle in the delivery area.
